Doctor I take a lot of stress. Every small and big issue gives me stress and I have no control on it. I try to calm myself down but it rarely does any magic to me. Things have become worse for the past couple of months as I am facing severe headaches. Please let me know can stress cause migraines?

Yes, stress causes tension and it triggers headaches and migraine and even make them too severe. Children and adults both are prone to migraine related to stress. Apart from the stress, anxiety too triggers migraines. Anxiety does not allow you to sleep well which in turn causes headaches and migraine.
