From more than 5 year, I have pain in my gums. My gums are very weak puffy and red sore. My gum also bleed very frequently and whenever I spit. My mouth smell really very bad. One year ago my teeth is professionally cleaned and polished by dentist but still I am having problems in my gum. They are becoming worse and worse every day tell me please what to do.

You may be suffering from gingivitis. You may use clove oil (laung, gently massage on the gums. You may also use tamarind (imli, lemon juice and can massage on your gums. You can use heckla lava toothpaste or powder available in homoeopathic stores.

Gums bleeding is due to infection in gums. Get scalling done by dentist. Use proper brushing techniques. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with metrygyl dg gel thrice daily. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Visit your dentist for dental checkup as you could b worse suffering from periodontitis. Take care.
