This can be a fissure piles or even a fistula depending on examination findings. Treatment of all these are totally different. As you have pain during defecation or sitting this is more likely a acute or chronic fissure. Do sitz bath twice to thrice daily. If constipation is their it needs to be treated. Further medicines can be prescribed after confirmation of diagnosis.
