Hi. I am non vegetarian. My weight is 70 kg nd my age is 27 I am in married. I want to reduce at least 10 to 15 kg. Pls help me how should I do. Pls give me some tips or diet charts. Pls help me. I can't afford any charges.

Lybrate-user firstly you should take up to daily early morning exercise ie fast walking for atleast 3km, you could also join some yoga classes. Secondly as far as diet is concerned you should totally avoid all oily, fried, fatty foods, no fast foods please,
