Hello, drinking normal tea is not good but green tea or herbal tea is good to have before bed time, -it does increase your metabolism that can help if you are trying to loose weight. -it stimulates natural bowel movements -it kills cold germs preventing you from flus and infections. -it helps in getting a relaxed and sound sleep. There are only benefits of having green tea so, you can start having it without second thoughts.
