Mai 22 year ka hu meri khurak sahi h bt mai ek attractive health ni pa raha kafi kamjor sa dikhta jbki as per hight 169cm my weight 52kg h jo ki ek fit body k liye ideal h. But I want to a attractive look what I can do. Please suggest me.

Tumhara weight height ke hisaab se kam hai. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.
