I need to increase my sperm count, sperm quality and thickness. I am not getti�g normal erection. So kindly prescribed some medicine without any side effect as I am heaving high BP and high uric acid problem for which I am taking daily triolzmest 20 mg and febustat 40 mg. Dear lybrate-user! good morning! to increase sperm count, quality and thickness, eat more dry fruits and nuts, avoid masturbating or sex daily, have it two or three day once eat more vegetables and fruits to have stamina. Practice squeeze technique to have erection for more minutes. Thank you.
