Hi sir good morning my mother went to angiogram test they have given report like this I didn't understand kindly please give clarification regarding this test. Lad: type iii vessel osteo lad mild diseased proximal lad: normal mid lad- long segment- significant stenosis present distal lad normal diagonals-2 in number d1 large vessel normal ,d2- small vessel normal lcx-non dominant vessel proximal lcx normal, distal lcx diseased oms: 2 in number :om1: large vessel- significant stenosis present om2: thin vessel normal rca dominant vessel proximal rca- significant stenosis present mid rca- significant stenosis present digital rca-thin vessel diseased pda&plvb-thin vessel normal final impression: cad- tvd, lad, lcx&rca recommendation: cabg kindly tell us better treatment details in order to avoid surgery or stent which is better to move forward sir.

These blockages are reported as moderate but may not require surgery does patient get severe suffocation on walking? Has medication been fully tried. Review of cd of angiography is essential for giving a second opinion. Meanwhile don’t rush to surgery unless patient requiring nitrate tablet under the tongue many times daily.
