Do exercise. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Take dates with milk in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Hi lybrate user you can start consuming good amount of protein in your diet if you want to increase the weight. As proteins are building blocks of our body. -so the food items rich in protein should be consumed on regular basis. -soybeans and soya products are high in protein, start consuming them. -start your day with 2 soya chunks soaked in milk overnight. Make a paste of it and mix it with honey/ sugar and take it on empty stomach daily. - your breakfast should consist of a bowl of mixed sprouts, a glass of milk or fruits, cornflakes or omelets and bread, with some shakes. - milk and milk products should b incorporated in the diet. Start consuming paneer, cheese, tofu, satthu, as these are high in proteins - aloo paratha, paneer paratha, sattu paratha etc should also b taken on regular basis - frequent snacking or taking small small meals at regular intervals also boosts body's metabolism. - lunch should incorporate 2-3 chapatis, a bowl of dal, vegetables, small quantity of rice and a glass of buttermilk or curd. - in evening start taking any kind of fruits, shakes, or any fruit juices. Banana shake, chickoo shake, sitafal shakes are more recommendable. - dinner should b done early and should consist of everything rite from dal rice veggies salads to chapatis. - regular exercise also helps in weight gain. - along with all this dietary tips you can take brains alfalfa malt daily. Mix 2 tsp of alfa malt in a cup of milk and drink daily morning and evening. It will also help in gaining weight.
