After covid, I still have mild sore throat, cough and sneezing some times, feeling tired after 3 weeks and tested negative. Do I have secondary bacterial infection. I am diabetic well controlled with tablets.

Basically there are not any findinga that suggest that its due to secondary bacterial infection so do not worry be relex. These symptoms is due to post covid recovery syndrome so may be persist for some times .take proper food and protein and adequate water amount .do proper exercise wnd strictly follow your protocols for sugar control.
