I am get a feeling of spinning. It generally starts when I am about to sleep sometimes. Sometimes if I sit before computer constantly also I will get such feeling. Not all times, but I will get vomiting sensation. It also starts sometimes after having food. My earlier complaint is migraine headache. That time I used to get such spinning feeling when I travel in bus after having lunch or dinner. I was told by Neuro physician that it is vertigo. What actually is my problem right now?
