Low back pain is caused by wrong posture and movement. Our spine bears tremendous load despite this being a vulnerable structure as it is made of small pieces of but ones (vertebrae) arranged one about i've the other. Such an inherently unstable structure gets affected very easily if we don't take good care of it. Hence lifting objects by bending. Sitting for hours in crouched posture ate not good for back. You need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon to assess your damage and recommend measures like medicines. Postural advises. Back- strengthening exercises etc. Such guidance on these can be obtained from internet as well.
