I am suffering from pimples last 2 months and my face brightness has gone my face looks like rough what should I done for this.

Daily morning surya namaskar 10 times before 8am (to make your mind healthy) drink fruit juices in morning (if possible have fresh fruit juices). Do not remain hungry at all. Keep eating at least 2 biscuits at 2 hours of intervals. Drink more and more water. And half spoon of aloe vera juice extracted from plant leaves. All these are natural as well as best without any side effects products used for maintaining moisturized skin and reduce pimples.
