Hello sir I am too weak and much more thin than normal person I wants to be a perfect person with stronger body what I need to do for this and I need effects in just 20-30 days.Please suggest

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines which I won't recommend. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.
