I am 27 years old and from last sometime approx. 15 days I have difficulty in breathing specially in night and when I cough some transparent gelly type coughing is there. And I had sore throat at start after that I had doses of azee 500 and citrizen and found rest for 02 days. And I do smoke 2 cigarette in a da. So kindly suggest.

No smoking please. It seems some type of catarrh. In allopathy only anti allergic are generally given. For the time being gargle with warm water wuth turmeric + salt mixed into that thrice a day. Haridra khand 1 tsp and kantkaryavaleh syrup (impcl) 2 tsp thrice a day. Sitopaladi 1 tsp + 250 mg shubhra bh. Lick with honey marichyadi vati to be sucked thrice or four times at least. No ac no cold water. Instill mustard pure oil 2-2 drops in each nostril early morning.
