I had done sex. And after 3 weeks I am having stomach pain and back pain. Sometimes times it's to much. I have a doubt that whether I am pregnant or not I also feel fatigue some times. And pain in my stomach stops only for short time. Please can you help me out in knowing the reason behind this. As we are having a doubt that at the time of sex few drops may have got in the vagina. And after 3 weeks it started with stomach pain and back pain. When we had sex I was on my 1st day of periods and continuously it ended up with the last day of my period the 3red day.

Hello ma'am. As you have described that you had sex on your 1st day of periods and it ended on the last day of your periods, hence the chance of expecting a baby is very very rare. So there is nothing fearful regarding pregnancy. Yet for satisfaction of mind, you can resolve your doubt by getting a strip test done (urine pregnancy test), by buying it from a nearby medical store. Now regarding your stomach pain and associated back pain, if your urine pregnancy test comes out be negative, many a times muscular cramps normally occur after sex, which can last for hours, days and even weeks, which is not so concerning. But if the pain persists and is associated with fatigue, can be due to many multiple reasons for which you can visit nearby general physician, who can palpate your abdomen and diagnose your problem or prescribe an ultrasound to confirm it better.
