22 years old, female, hypothyroidism. I have persistent bad breath. I think it's a problem with my stomach since I take care of my oral hygiene quite well. I brush regularly and don't consume eatables or drinks that would make my mouth smell. It's worse in the morning and it stays even after I have brushed my teeth. It gets worse when im hungry. I'm also currently taking thyrox 50.

This is not due to your thyroid issue .may be due to some oral infection so send me a pic of oral cavity therefore I can decide about infection .i will provide you antibiotic for this .it will surely help for your issue.
