You are weak you should take proper diet you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet and milk and milk products, take sprouts. Take pomegranate and beetroot in salad. Bajra and ragi are good source of iron you can take. Take green leafy vegetales.

Hi- I advice you consume more greens, green leafy vegetables all mainly spinach, carrot, beet roots, tomatoes, cabbages, avocado, stems all vegetables, mostly gourd all like bottle gourds, bitter gourds, & some colour ful vegetables, dairy all foods like milk 300ml, chana 50, curd 50-100 gm, yogurt 50gm, paneer, cheese are very helpful to enrich iron, if you are non vegetarian then you can have 100 gm fish/ 2 eggs/ 1 pc chicken any daily basis. No stress, restful but normal daily work can go.
