What will happen when a teen age boy watching porn? How to stop him?

A teenage boy or actually any person watching porn is harmful for his future. A teenager is very likely to get addicted to watching pron. A teenager's hormone levels are very high but he does not have any experience in real life. Hence, he is very like to get excited by all the visual graphics and start believing it to be entirely true. But it is not so. The bodies shown in porn videos do not exist in real life. Even the sexual act that is show in the porn, the violence and their ways of having sex do to match with reality. A teenager or even an adult watching such unrealistic videos, is at a risk of believing it all to be true. And in real life they expect the same, and are sure to be disappointed. They start feeling either they are not ok (size wise) or their partner is not ok. Because of this they cannot enjoy actual sex with their partner and their relationship is spoilt. Many times teenagers who watch lots of porn, gets so used to watching it, that they lose interest in having sex themselves. They even might develop aversion towards sex.
Many times, when these teenagers get addicted, they start losing the excitement of watching porn. After some time they might start feeling guilty and dirty about themselves. It can adversely affect their academic performance and their social interactions. They may be ashamed to be in the company of girls/women.
To help someone to stop watching porn, talk to that person openly about what I have written here. Tell him that he is harming his own self and his future relationships. If he wants to be happy in life, he needs to be mindful and needs to decide what is helpful for him and what is not and needs to control his behaviour accordingly. There are a number of other healthier ways to give outlet to his high energy levels like hitting a gym, or playing some games. Ask him to focus on his dreams and make efforts to achieve those dreams.
If you are unable to help this boy, take him to a counsellor, who will do the needful.
