Double personality is defined as a mental disorder, in which the identity of a person is fragmented into two or more traits and personalities that completely contrast each other. The possible causes of this disorder are trauma and abuse experienced during childhood, chemical imbalances in the brain, sexual abuse or genetic disorders. HOW IS DOUBLE PERSONALITY DIAGNOSED?
This disorder has a number of symptoms, such as sleeping disorders in the form of insomnia, sleepwalking or night terrors, inability to eat, severe distress, substance abuse, excessive consumption of alcohol and having auditory hallucinations.
