I am suffering from back pain in middle of back actually its not like pain I have no words for this different type of pain pls help me my age is 22 I also do some exercises in ground.

Hi! don't strain your back a lot. Try to sleep and get up sideways without directly straining it. Avoid heavy weights. Apply warm herbal oils like mahanarayan oil or dhanvantar tailam everyday followed by a hot pack. That will reduce the vata dosha thereby relieving your pain.
