I think you knw the answer. You said you work continuously on pc so dear try to understand whats wrong. If you sit for more than 1 hour at a stretch then these aches and pain will start developing coz of no movement and less blood flow so please make it a point you get up after every 45min for 3 to 5 min and do some stretching and drink water. Idea is keep moving do not be in one position for more than 1 hour. Make sure your back is supported.

When stressed/hurried our posture is strained even when sitting. This posture uses different set of muscles which are not accustomed to bear strain of prolong sitting.
