Hi, i'm 24 years old, my height and weight is 5'10" and 92 kgs and I am feeling numbness in my left leg while walking, numbness feels only while walking otherwise I don't feel it while sitting or sleeping, I can walk around 500m without numbness feeling and after that my leg feels heavy and I feel pain in calf muscles but as soon as I stop walking, within 5 seconds my legs come in normal state. I had slip disc 5 years ago but that time my right leg was hurting and this condition of numbness in left leg is from around 10 years. Please suggest what medication or exercise should I do.
