What causes me to have this condition? When I get up from chair or bed, my head spins a little and feels like im going to faint. Also when I get up every time I feel a squeezing headache pressure that lasts until I stabilize. The squeezing pain is felt in my lungs and left side in heart and throat also. This head ache is squeezing and when I get up I get short breath for a moment. Like I can not get air in lungs from pressure. I have seen my pulse high and like my heart skips a beat and when this skip happens I feel like im going to pass out. I have felt it with my hands when my pulse is 120 when im doing activity it skips beats sometimes. But this skipping beats give me short breath and lightheaded and anxiety fear. I have done a heart ultrasound and the doctor said is normal, but have not asked for anything else. I am 25 years old, 193 cm tall, 128 kg, and smoker. Please help me!
