I don't get hungry max of time and if I eat food when I'm hungry I used to eat very small amount cz its became fit and after sometime I get hunger again and I'm lazy on eating I don't eat food properly coz of disinterest on eating and now I think it is the reason y I got belly fat coz of gas trouble and not eating food. So let me know the food items to eat to get hunger and to maintain proper physique with proper diet. And atta becomes more heat in my body. And I have a heat body unbearable with this heat. In winter also I used to get scales on my palm coz of heat evolves from body. Give me precautions and some medications, asanas & exercises to maintain or control these problems. Thank you.

Hi take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner....take pranacharya udarasav improved and pranacharya livcure syrup twice a day 2-2 tsf...drink butter milk empty stomach...avoid tea and coffee..
