I am a student. I have problem regarding the fluctuations in my body temperature. A very high temperature which is 20 degrees and above. My body temperature rises and feels as if I have fever and I get frequent head aches but again as temperature drops I feel chilling cold which is again very discomforting. Anything that I should take care of?

Check it using Thermameter. This is an average of normal body temperatures. Your temperature may actually be 1F (0.6C) or more above or below 98.6F (37C). For increased temperature, take Paracetamol as and when required, and write with detailed symptoms you are having.
