I've vit d deficiency and my doctor had suggested me to take 1 cap lumia 60 k in a week. But I mistakenly consumed 8 capsules in a week instead of 8 weeks. Can it be harmful to my health?

Dear madam, while it is possible to take�too much vitamin d, toxicity is very rare. In fact, you would need to take extremely high doses of 50,000 iu (1,250 mcg) or more for a long period of time (35). It?s also worth noting that it is impossible to overdose on vitamin d from sunlight (36trusted source so weekly once is enough. Don't take it further. Take enough water to get it eliminated.
