No. Because excessive water intake is one of causative factor of obesity. You can take water according to thirst, & 2 to 4 liter as per season. Do not take more than 4 liter per day according to ayurveda, meda (fat) is a water - jal mahabhut & earth mahubhut dominant dhatu. So excessive water increases fat in body. You can take hot water much as its removes fat.
