For developing your body size perfectly you may perform the following 6 exercises regularly: pushups, squats, lunges, calf raises, cruches and triceps dips. You may first start with 5 minutes/day and slowly increase it to half hour/day. The extra muscle will speed up your metabolism and so you will need to consume more calories which will enhance your weight. Drink at least 12 glasses of water (3.7 litres) per day. Eat protein rich food like lean meat, fish, cheese, tofu, pulses, legumes, sprouts, soya products, beans, lentils, dairy products like curd, yogurt and paneer, eggs and nuts.
