I am facing mild headaches in brain and dizziness from 5 days after my blood pressure goes down to 90 first time I faced low bp and after that m facing mild headaches uncontrollable and dizziness any solution?

Dear Lybrate user, if you have hypotension --please take more of fluids; avoid long time standing ; take salty lime water and salty food frequently and take plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits as salads or juices --take proper rest and have normal sleep of 8 hours daily --if you are still having above problems --have a check up with an ent doctor and physician ---ok.

90 is in normal range but in higher side. u r not in low bp. 58/60 is low bp. add nimbu pani with pinches of salt two three times. coconut water buttermilk ultracet two times a day after food for headache. VERTIN 8 MG two times after lunch and dinner for DIZZINESS.till required.
