Lybrate-user, what I see is 3 different things. One is negative thoughts. Second is confusion. And third is obsessive and compulsion. What I think is you should take all these 3 things differently. They may be connected. But can be ruled out separately also. It would be better if you take each one separately. For this you will have to elaborate about what kind of negative thoughts? what is the confusion between. Once these are ruled out, may be ocd will be taken care of. One thing I would definitely appreciate about you is, the level of awareness you have about your problems. That you know what is happening to you. May be don't know the reason.
