Hi mam or sir am was taken practin and dexona tablets 5 months but last 3 months I stop to taken that tablets but now I get health issues like my hb level is only 9% and I can't eat more food feeling tiredness get vomiting feel nausea so what can I do now my question is dexona and practin tablets have any major side effects haa I only taken 5 months. But now am unhealthy. I was taken this tablets for weight gain purpose please suggest me hat can I do now am scared about my health.

Practin is an antihistamine used in allergies due to insect bite; skin allergies etc -- it has no weight gaining effect --taking it for long period with out indications is harmful. Dexona is a steroid medicine used in inflammatory conditions ; crohn's diseases etc and it has to be taken only under medical control-- it has got a side effect of gaining weight ; but it is not indicated for the purpose of gaining weight ---as it has serious side -effects - -kindly have a check-up by a medical consultant at the earliest.
