Every morning I wake up with back pain. Different place every time. It subsides after some time only appears when sleep in night. It had made my countless nights not sleep worthy. What should I do?

The pain that you're feeling every morning may be attributed to the lifestyle or the type of work that you do. However try taking the stretches of back muscles before going to bed and repeat the same before getting off from bed. You'll be much more relaxed. You can also go for hot fomentation with hot water bottle. Though you've given very little information about your pain and you haven't written anything about the work that you do. But this will definitely help.
