Im on 20 mg prozac, 10 mg amitriptyline and 2.5 mg olanzapine. What would be the most effective birth control method? Something that would not cause irregular periods, hormonal imbalance or weight gain while taking these medicines.

If you are married with a child, you can go for an intrauterine device which have none of these side effects. If not, better to go for triquilar tablets. The side effects are less but they have to be mandatory taken at same time everyday.
