Hello, symptoms of brain tumours are different according to different location of the tumour in the brain. Some may have hearing difficulty, blurring of vision, head ache, difficulty talking etc. Brain tumours are not usually caused by the reasons which you mentioned in your question. It may increase the problem if there is existing tumour. Stress is known to case brain stroke which usually affects one side of the body which may be called as paralysis.
