My hb level is very low around 6. Rbc is lower and WBC is higher. Further test showed my iron level is low around 35. Doc told me its macrocytic anaemia, and suggested I to see a hematologist for further tests. Can I take iron syrup or pills to recover? Everything else is normal but iron level is low, thus hb also.
