I am 20 year old female, i've been suffering from joint pain on both my knees. Its difficult for me to move my legs, and the pain goes severe after sleep. There is slight swelling on th� right knee. I haven't consulted a Doctor yet. Please suggest me a remedy to get rid Of this pain and kindly tell me whether There will be any future consequence because Of this pain.
