intake more, output more, so nothing new. as hot increase diet become less n less. add butter milk, ors nimbupani coconut water. fruits salad specially cucumber

It's normal due to summer season, your office environment could be a reason for same. Take cucumber and water melon daily also curd/lassi to normalise your thirst. If you are on fast things can change which is temporary only.
