Hi I am 37 years male, weight- 89 kg, ht- 178 cms. I have sleep inconsistencies issue since last 5 yrs. From last 1 months I am unable to get sleep for more than 3 hrs. I go to bed at 11 pm and fall asleep at 3 pm. Also sleep is not deep sleep, feels like I am awake. Most of the times there is no stress neither any health issue. I do cycling regularly. Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
