Hi I am 37 years male, weight- 89 kg, ht- 178 cms. I have sleep inconsistencies issue since last 5 yrs. From last 1 months I am unable to get sleep for more than 3 hrs. I go to bed at 11 pm and fall asleep at 3 pm. Also sleep is not deep sleep, feels like I am awake. Most of the times there is no stress neither any health issue. I do cycling regularly. Sleepless ness troubling me, please help.
