Hi I am 28 years old unmarried girl. My previous relationship never worked out and now when I am looking for marriage proposals and these are nit getting fixed. Whenever I see my friends or colleagues married having kids I don't feel good about myself and myself try to avoid to be in contact with such people. Sometimes in night I start crying. Please help in how to recover from this.

Hi lybrate-user, I can understand your state of mind. Firstly, its never ok to compare you life with another person's. We all have different set of problems, which may be not apparent. Like others might feel that you are having a great life being single (not knowing how you actually feeling), same way you can have perceptions about their great life which infact may not be all that hunky dory. Problems are a part of everyone's life. You are young 28. Your previous relationships didn't work out for some reason. You need to have faith on god and most importantly yourself. Things will materialize soon and you will have a nice husband. Have you read the book" the secret" please read it. It says the way you think is the way you attract things from your enviroment. So think positive. Consult me for counseling.
