Hello lybrate-user, you are likely to have pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma. It is tumour of endocrine glands. It needs further evaluation for localisation of tumour. Surgical excision/removal of the tumour is only treatment along with medicines. Consult with md physician or endocrinologist for further guidance and treatment. Hope you got your answer.
