If the blood pressure readings mentioned by you is among the lowest bp recorded then I must say that the bp readings are more on the normal side. Still if you are feeling dizziness and vertigo then get a routine cbc investigation done as you may be suffering from anemia. If I comes out to be normal then it may be because of problem related to your ear hence I will recommend a consultation with a ent specialist.

The bp as you had noted---- usually don't make any symptoms --still take salty lime juice-- 1 glass twice daily ; take 50 gm of dry salted fish roast daily; take 3 pappad and 1 tea spoon of pickles daily.; avoid long standing and sit down for few minutes --in between --during long walking. As you had done the above tests and are normal and as the doctors who prescribed those tests do not prescribe regular medicines --kindly have a check-up by an ent doctor----- to rule out postural vertigo. Hypotension is-- usually not as serious a problem as hypertension (high bp).--still -it may cause recurrent such problems in the patient.
