I am studying college (2nd year). My age is 19. I have been suffered from type 2 diabetes since 2014. All my friend's developed facial hair growth and everyone looks masculine. But I am looks like a child. I haven't hit puberty till now. There is no facial hair growth. Whether I want to take any treatment and what I want to meet which specialist doctor.
