My 4.5 year old child with 103 cm height and 16.5 kg weight not gaining weight. Though he is eating everything. Eggs, nuts, milk everything. We dewormed him too but not gaining weight.

Hi, give a well balanced diet and enough physical activity. Give 6-7 meals a day. Every meal should be balanced in terms of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Give healthy snacks in between meals like nutritious ladoos made of flours, nuts, ghee and jaggery. Chikki of chana peanut, til. Fruits like mango, chickoo,banana milkshake. Sleep of 10-11 hours is very crucial to gain muscle and weight.
