Hello. Exposure to sun results in some damaging changes in the skin that turn your skin dull and dark. In addition, if you have an oily skin, the breakdown products of the oil also irritate the skin leading to dullness. I would recommend you use a good pharmaceutical grade sunscreen. There are very good creams that could bring back the glow in the skin. Please do not use over the counter medicines as they can damage the skin further. Consult a dermatologist to get the best treatment.
