My aunt feels urinated while only going outside, whenever she is in house she is ok, we did urine test, usg of kub all test are positive, cannot understand what is the actual problem please help.

Dear sir your aunt may be anxious while going out, hence the feeling of urination. As a woman ages, pelvic floor muscles get lax and control over urination reduces. Anxiety about lack of access to a washrrom can further increase thos feeling. You can help her by making sure she gets washroom breaks frequently and you can let her know in advance that she will be able to go. All these will help. Also she can try pelvic floor exercises which will help the muscles form becoming even more lax.
