I am 18 years old female. I have high prolactin level with bulky cystic ovaries. My tsh level is 4.3 .doctor prescribed me caberlin 0.25.does this medicine may cause high tsh level after prolactin level lowers down?

No. Sometimes borderline elevation of prolactin can be due to high tsh. Not the other way around.

Yes tsh levels do increase with fall in prolactin levels but not in a significant amount. Your tsh level right now is within range. For safety sake, get your tsh level checked 3 months after completing cabgolin course.
