Hi, I have pcos. I have irregular periods. And once of my fallopian tube is also blocked. Im been married since 2 years. I trying for pregnancy from last 6 months. From last 6 months I have regular periods. Last month was the first time for follicular study. My right ovary egg growth was 18*19 and on day 15 egg also automatically ruptured without any hcg injection. As per gync advice we were I relation 3 days before my egg rupture and after for 2 days. Now my period is missed and delayed for 5 days. I do have any pregnancy symptoms as well. My question is even if egg is ruptured is it possible to not have periods of i'm not pregnant. Pls help.

Check with the pregnancy test first. If not pregnant yes, possible not to get periods in hormonal imbalance cases.
