I'm 21 year old, I'm suffering from my leg pain since 2 month. I show my this problem to doctor, he said there is some muscle contraction problem So the blood regulation is not flowing on properly. He advice me to eat calcium pills but yet now I have not any relief from this pain. So advice me some way so I can be fit as before.

It could be due to overexertion, nocturnal cramps, magnesium and/or potassium deficiency,calcium deficiency . Gently massaging the muscle will often help it to relax, as will applying warmth from a heating pad . Vitamin and mineral deficiencies need to be treated. Hope this helps u. If required, consult.
