A condition which leads to the constant need to move the legs is called the restless leg syndrome. It is also considered to be a sleeping disorder because it hampers sleep due to the irresistible tingling in the legs. Patients with this syndrome generally experience a highly uncomfortable feeling in the legs and sometimes even in the hands and other parts of the body. This uncontrollable feeling initiates in them the urge to continuously shake their legs. It is difficult to recognize the condition especially when its symptoms are mild. But if it is diagnosed the treatment is efficient and effective.
